Weekly Service Contract $130.00
This service is especially for people who live in their unit full-time or part-time. This service includes checks every seven days and is not available for short-term rentals. (We no longer service short-term rental spas.) It is imperative that we receive up-to-date schedules of arrivals and departures in order to keep your tub clean and in service.
All tub service includes chemicals (when using a bromine system), balancing of water, vacuuming of the tub, rinsing of filters, checking of all equipment, and replacing lost water. We also do 2 inspections a year included in the regular cost of contracted service.
Any service calls or additional trips will be billed starting at $65.00. We try to handle most service calls over the phone. If we get called out to do this on a day that is not a regularly scheduled check this has to be treated as a service call. Emergency calls, weekend calls, and calls after 5 pm will be billed at a minimum of three hours. Repairs and maintenance on contracted hot tubs are billed at a rate of $110.00 per hour (one-hour minimum) plus parts and tax.
Drain, clean & fill $85.00
The tub is drained of old water, cleaned of any debris, and filled with clean water and the proper balance of chemicals. These are done on an as-needed basis. Drains will cost $85.00 plus an hourly rate for any spa taking longer than 1 hour to fill. This is typical for larger spas and for many spas which are on wells.
Non Contracted repairs start at $130.00 per hour and non-contracted drains start at $130.00 per hour for the first hour and are then billed hourly after the first hour.
